Appointments
Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly through our website or social media account links. You may also call or text us at (978) 361-0536. We must accept or decline all appointment requests.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. To better utilize appointment availability for our clients, we have implemented a policy requiring card information to be entered at the time of booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
No availability for an appointment time that works best for you? Join our waitlist through our online booking site. You will be notified if new availability matches the time slot requested!
Cancellations/No Shows
We respectfully request you inform us if you are running late or are unable to make your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will likely result in cancellation of your appointment.
As a reminder, KISS Medical Aesthetics reserved the right to charge a $50.00 fee for no shows or cancellations not initiated within the 24-hour advanced notice.
We understand unforeseeable events may cause delay in arrival time. At our discretion, we will do our best to accommodate your service if availability allows.
Late Arrivals
We want to give you and your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we kindly request at least 24-hour notice to make changes to your appointment. If you do not show or fail to notify us within 24-hours, you may be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseeable events may happen without prior notice. Therefore, consideration will be given at our discretion.
If your appointment is canceled by KISS Medical Aesthetics, you will not be subject to the $50.00 cancellation fee.
